GiveGo's intended U.S. Mover model is independent-contractor work, not scheduled employment. Answer these questions based on how you will actually operate.

I may accept or decline individual GiveGo job offers. I am not required to accept a minimum percentage of offers.

I choose when I make myself available for GiveGo opportunities; GiveGo does not assign me an employee shift.

I may provide services to other customers, businesses, carriers, or platforms, including competitors, subject to lawful confidentiality and safety obligations.

I am responsible for my ordinary business expenses unless a specific job offer expressly states a reimbursement or allowance.

I am responsible for obtaining and maintaining lawful access to the vehicle, equipment, registrations, permits, and insurance required for jobs I choose to accept.

I understand GiveGo does not guarantee shifts, hours, job volume, territory, or earnings.

I understand that, if lawfully classified as an independent contractor, I am responsible for my own income and self-employment taxes unless applicable law requires otherwise.

I understand a completed Form W-9 or equivalent secure tax onboarding is required before eligible U.S. live payouts.

Checking these boxes does not decide your legal classification by itself. GiveGo will perform a state-specific classification and compliance review before live-work eligibility. If the actual working relationship or law requires employee treatment, GiveGo must follow the law rather than rely on a 1099 label.
