Important Draft Status
1. Consent to Electronic Records
You consent to receive agreements, disclosures, policies, quotes, receipts, notices, claims communications, tax-related records, and other documents electronically. Clicking a checkbox, typing a name, selecting an action, using a secure account, or completing a transaction may constitute an electronic signature where permitted by law.
2. Hardware and Software
You need a device with internet access, a supported browser or GiveGo app, an active email address or mobile number, and the ability to view and retain common electronic formats. You should save or print documents for your records.
3. Withdrawal and Paper Copies
You may withdraw consent for future electronic communications by using the process GiveGo publishes, but withdrawal may prevent continued digital service. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior electronic records. Paper copies may be available where required by law, potentially subject to a disclosed lawful fee.
4. Contact Information
You must keep your email, mobile number, and mailing information current. Electronic notice sent to the contact information associated with your account is effective to the extent permitted by law.
