Important Draft Status
1. United States Expansion Plan
GiveGo intends to serve the United States nationally, but availability will be enabled market by market. The market registry tracks all 50 states and the District of Columbia. A state appearing in the registry is not evidence that live service is licensed, insured, approved, or available there.
2. Required State Launch Gates
- Transportation classification: platform, broker, motor carrier, household-goods carrier, waste/junk transporter, or another regulated role.
- Required entity registrations, certificates, permits, household-goods authority, tariffs, estimates, bills of lading, consumer booklets, valuation choices, and complaint processes.
- Commercial auto, cargo, general liability, workers' compensation or occupational coverage, bonds or trusts, and market-specific insurance limits.
- Independent-contractor, worker-classification, wage, background-check, consumer, auto-renewal, accessibility, e-signature, tax, privacy, biometrics, and call/text rules.
- Receiving-partner agreements, safe backup disposition, prohibited-item rules, claims workflow, and legal/counsel approval.
3. Ohio Sandbox and Pilot
Ohio is the first configured sandbox market. Sandbox mode allows controlled testing and does not, by itself, authorize real-money or public transportation operations. Real-money service, automatic routing, interstate movement, and live Mover deployment remain separately gated by counsel, licensing, insurance, and operational approval.
4. State-Specific Rights
A state addendum may change cancellation rules, liability, valuation, claims, arbitration, privacy rights, background-check disclosures, taxes, pricing disclosures, service classifications, insurance, and required notices. If a state addendum conflicts with the general Terms, the state addendum controls for users and services governed by that state, followed by mandatory law.
5. Interstate Service
Crossing a state line may trigger federal motor-carrier and household-goods requirements that differ from intrastate rules. GiveGo must not enable interstate service until the applicable role, authority, bond or trust, insurance, consumer disclosures, valuation, claims, records, and provider contracts are approved and operationally implemented.
